Our Refund Philosophy

At Cal Spas At Summit County, we believe in transparent and fair business practices. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure our refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our construction projects.

Construction Project Refunds

Project Deposits and Payment Terms

For construction projects, we typically work with the following payment structure:

  • 50% deposit to secure your project start date
  • 25% payment at project milestone completion
  • 25% final payment upon project completion and your approval

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your construction project, the following terms apply:

Before Project Start

If you cancel before we begin construction work on your property, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus any non-refundable planning and design costs incurred (typically 10% of total project cost).

After Project Start

If you cancel after work has commenced, refund amount will be calculated based on work completed. You will be charged for all work performed plus any committed material costs.

Quality Assurance and Workmanship

We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work:

  • One-Year Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee all workmanship for one year from project completion
  • Material Warranties: All materials carry manufacturer warranties, which we will help you claim if needed
  • Repair Guarantee: If any workmanship issues arise within the warranty period, we will repair them at no charge

Initial Consultations

Our initial site consultations are provided at no charge as a service to potential clients. These are complimentary and fully refundable only if you decide not to proceed with a full design service.

For comprehensive design services, the following refund terms apply:

  • Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of design service agreement
  • Partial refund available after 48 hours based on design work completed
